At home or at work service
A Technician will visit your home or workplace and perform diagnosis, then advise you on the cause of the fault, its cost and the appropriate action required. For some repairs the computer may need to be taken back to the workshop where we have more advanced diagnostic tools, this sometimes is also the most cost effective way of proceeding. If spare parts are in stock we can usually turn around the repair within a day of diagnosis. The Technician will advise you of the best course of action and will answer any questions that you may have.

Fix IT computers will give a free and no obligation quote on any pc or laptop repair. Simply phone and drop the base unit (no leads) or laptop (with mains adapter) at our easy to reach workshop -see map.

We can offer advice on backing up your system so you can protect those important files eg. treasured photos, emails or important documents. This is essential in the case of hardware malfunction or virus attack. If you do lose access to your files through a virus attack we are sometimes able to recover your data from your hard-drive.
